Project Manager II (2-3 years experience)
Project Managers are responsible for establishing working relationships with clients, evaluating and estimating the scope of a project, and managing their projects from estimate to closeout.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee construction projects from start to finish.
Perform a key role in project planning, estimating, and identification of resources needed to complete the project.
Project accounting functions including managing the budget, tracking of team expenses, invoicing, working with clients on payments, and minimizing exposure and risk in the project.
Ensure that construction activities move according to predetermined schedule.
Must be comfortable selling and communicating with clients and customers.
Skills and specifications:
Must be attentive to detail
Working knowledge of residential and commercial construction
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software and computer skills
Able to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively in both written and verbal forms of communication
